Due to their skyrocketing growth, Quantum Health needed to reimagine their forever home. By immersing ourselves in Quantum’s culture, we were able to take an empathetic approach to a shared vision for their new headquarters.
One feels the Quantum hug as they are warmly greeted at the welcome desk with the “Warrior Creed” serving as a bold backdrop. Upon entering the upper levels, employees are engulfed in social activity; as you continue, there are pods strategically placed throughout the floor—each equipped with their own sanctuary rooms for respite, huddle rooms for collaboration, a community table, and a bookcase that allows associates to express their team spirit.
The heartbeat of the new headquarters is on the lower level. While in the lobby, the soothing sound of water draws you down a curved staircase. Not far from the staircase is the foyer, a zone marked with intimate alcoves and a custom 20-foot harvest table. From there, employees can easily access the Hungry Warrior café and enjoy their lunch inside the light-filled atrium.
On the same floor, the den serves as a unique escape. A bold “Game On” graphic, colorful carpet, and string lights create a laid-back gathering space. For a calmer and more relaxed atmosphere, the java spot is the perfect place to hang by the fire and have a cup of coffee. For complete relaxation, the respite zone is available—a chaos-free space that allows employees to rest and recharge.
Quantum believes that to succeed, they must foster a workplace where employees can be successful—and they believe this building fulfills that criteria.
