Our team transformed a former P&G laboratory into an inviting office space that embodies Ensemble Health Partners’ mission: to empower their team and create an environment conducive to shared success. Our EGD team led the development of a narrative driven by five success drivers: infuse an ethos, foster interaction, share ideas, engage with the community, and celebrate achievement.
At the exterior, signage sets the stage for the narrative and presents a sneak peek of the murals inside. The building remains logo-less and instead emphasizes “Results start here” and “People first, last, and always,” breathing life into the brand’s mission.
The murals, designed in partnership with Chroma Projects and Powerhouse Factories, embody Ensemble’s associates and depict the essence of their culture. When employees walk through the door, they can envision themselves in Ensemble’s larger-than-life community.
The themes within the mural permeate through the workplace and are brought to life with inspirational quotes. From “Champion your ideas” to “Be the owner of your greatness,” the associates are constantly reminded of their value and purpose.
Ensemble’s commitment to empowering their employees is also actualized by celebrating their achievements; an interactive graphic declares “I am the Difference,” with “I AM” constructed from “employee of the month” photos.
The physical environment now emphasizes the emotional aspect of Ensemble’s mission—to make employees feel inspired by their surroundings. The reimagined building is more than just a workplace, it represents who they are.
