The focus of this project is to transform an abandoned underground subway space into a serene mausoleum, re-imagining a forgotten void into a meaningful destination rooted in the everyday reality of life and loss. Contrasting elements such as raw industrial remnants of the subway with refined, calming material, emphasize the balance between past and present, decay and renewal. The result is a peaceful sanctuary where visitors can grieve and remember their loved ones in a space that honors both memory and transformation.
