The journey begins in the lobby, where a custom mural by Lucie Rice weaves Skyline’s story with color and whimsy. A digital touchscreen embedded in the mural invites guests to explore the brand’s history, from neighborhood roots to national grocery aisles. Integrated with a live social media feed, the feature transforms the mural into a living celebration of fans, refreshed through a tailored content management system.
In the reception area, franchisees are honored as essential members of "One Skyline Family" through a wall displaying each location, owner, and opening year. From there, the story flows into the “Favorites from Our Kitchen” wall, which highlights Skyline’s signature food lineup. Bold, pop-art inspired graphics celebrate Coneys, spaghetti, oyster crackers, cheese, and grocery products, while layered storytelling panels showcase family recipes and retail reach.
At the heart of the headquarters, the “Chili Is On” wall underscores Skyline’s proud tradition of making every batch of chili at the home office for both restaurants and retail. Above it, an illuminated sign signals when a new batch is cooking, turning an everyday process into a joyful ritual that connects staff and visitors to the brand’s heart.
The narrative continues into the Boardroom Partnerships wall, which celebrates Skyline’s deep ties with community organizations, cultural events, and sports partnerships. Large-scale imagery and framed moments reinforce the brand’s role as a connector and supporter, showing that Skyline is more than a restaurant—it’s part of community life.
Extending beyond, the Core Values wall declares “Chili Is Our One True North.” Surrounded by playful patterns of hot sauce bottles, oyster crackers, and signature dishes, the installation highlights Skyline’s guiding values, reinforcing that everything the brand does is rooted in a shared love of chili.
Finally, the “Feeling Good, It’s Skyline Time” wall anchors the headquarters with a vibrant collage of fan photos and cultural touchpoints, framed in Skyline’s signature yellow. The display blends history, pride, and community celebration, reminding everyone of the joy the brand inspires.
